  2. Bryant. . . is there text with this book, or is it pictures only?

  3. There is text. The text is not as good as it ought to have been (WAY more typos than seems acceptable for a book that expensive), but it's excellent in places, and is decent overall.

Forget the text, though. The art is the reason to have this book.

  4. Okay, I hear you , but I can see the art everywhere. Why is it special in this book? HELP ME...\

  5. Because it is ENORMOUS. Take two normal-size hardbacks -- the "11/22/63" hardback, for example -- and lay them side-by-side on top of this book, and not only do they fit, but there is room left over ... probably enough to stack a line of quarters that would run around all four sides.

It's nearly 450 pages long, and it weighs -- literally -- about twenty pounds.

You've seen most of the art, but you've never seen it like this, trust me.

  6. If I had the money to do it, I'd buy two extra copies if this while it was on sale. Sadly, I do not.

But if they're still hanging around in a couple of months, it may happen...
