Nicholas Nadel at asylum.com states: "Stephen King claims his latest cautionary horror story Under the Dome isn't ripping off The Simpsons Movie. Then why does it have characters named Lenny and Carl, Stephen? Why indeed?"
The answer, Mr. Nadel, is simpler than you could ever imagine -- because both are set in modern America. GASP! And "Carl" and "Lenny" are names that are really out there.
But, you might be on to something. I mean, not only is there a Carl and a Lenny and a Dome, but there is also cars, houses and trees in both. Proof positive King stole it, right?
