Stephen King On The Death Of Ray Bradbury

"Ray Bradbury wrote three great novels and three hundred great stories. One of the latter was called 'A Sound of Thunder.' The sound I hear today is the thunder of a giant's footsteps fading away. But the novels and stories remain, in all their resonance and strange beauty."

  1. I read voraciously as a kid, predominantly science fiction. With that kind of volume, stories tend to blur, but there are always exceptions. A Sound of Thunder was one of those. Forty-ish years later, and it's still with me. Thank you, Ray Bradbury.
