There's a lot here that's promising. One element from the trailer I sort of wonder about is Moore's portrayal of Mrs. White's fanaticism (although it's really just a lack of belief in anything, especially any First Principle).
From watching the trailer I got the idea that while she's fanatic, and she's wild on occasion, Mrs. White should also be sort of, I don't know, sort of listless and unplugged and not so over emotional all the time.
The idea I have is that Mrs. Whtie's behvior isn't not so theatrical, but often more listless and sort of unplugged except in extreme moments, maybe even with a hint of low cunning conniving subterfuge.
Wow, if it wasn't for Hit Girl that would be totally awesome. I mean really, do you believe they would pick on a girl like that? They didnt even make her look a little disturbed or ugly or give her anything that might make her look like a social outcast. It's kind of a waste bc everything else looks great! -mike
In short, readers both familiar and unfamiliar with Stephen King's novels will find a motherlode of interesting information inside the pages of Brighton David Gardner's insightful and illuminating treatise.
I can't recommend it enough, so be sure to get it either for your Kindle or e-Reader of choice, or buy the print version because it's easily worth twice the cover price.
Some first impressions of the trailer:

Mike, you don't need to have anything "weird" or anything that screams "FREAK!" to be picked on.
ReplyDeleteBullies would find something (totally retarded!) and use that to torture you for the rest of your fucking school life. Or work.
